Even is a healthcare provider that offers a managed care plan to its members ("Even Care"), with an additional option for its members to enrol for a group insurance cover with an IRDAI-licensed General Insurance Company. Even members can access unlimited consultations and preventive health initiatives with Even doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists and other in-house specialists under Even's managed care programme and, for members who opt for a group insurance offered by a general insurance company, also avail hospitalization and diagnostics cover under the group insurance policy.

No, Even is not classified as insurance, it is a healthcare provider that actively works with its members to keep them healthy. Our team of experienced doctors understands unique health profiles and helps members detect chronic lifestyle diseases to prevent and/or manage long-term consequences. This way, we ensure our members live an active and illness-free life and avoid hospital visits when things have taken a turn for the worse.

Our members can optionally choose to enrol in a group insurance cover with an IRDAI-licensed general insurance company to get access to numerous benefits such as cashless hospitalisation and a cover for blood tests, hospital consultations and diagnostics. These insurance benefits are not available to Even members who opt for the base Even Care plan and no insurance, since Even Care simply provides access to Even's doctors and wellness specialists.

Diagnostics are not covered as part of your Even Care plan, but if you choose to enrol in group insurance, diagnostics are covered under the group insurance policy.

Yes! You can get family plans on Even Care, and discounts apply if you buy as a family. You can also choose to enrol your family in a group insurance cover with a sum insured of up to 1 crore (the sum insured is shared in what is known as a "family floater").

Yes! While our standard pricing for on this website is for individuals, we also offer competitive quotes for Even Care depending on the number of employees it is taken for. Please contact us at teams@even.in or 080 47495555 if you would like to find out more.

You do not get tax rebates for your Even Care membership fees. However, if you as a subscriber of Even Care choose to enrol in an optional group insurance policy, you can claim a deduction on the insurance premium paid towards the group insurance by submitting the Certificate of Insurance issued by the IRDAI-licensed general insurance company in your tax filings.

We can offer Even to people between the ages of 1 month and 65 years (inclusive).

Yes, Even regards mental health as important as physical well-being. All our members have access to our in-house team of psychologists.

Yes! You can use Even Care to talk to an Even doctor or specialist from Day 1.

We founded Even to work with you to keep you healthy and out of hospitals. So we created Even Care to bring back the personalised and detailed attention family doctors offer to their long-time patients.

When you become a member, we assign you a personal care team. You have 24x7 access to highly qualified and experienced doctors and specialists like nutritionists, physiotherapists, psychologists etc. Whether you just have the flu or something you think could be severe, you can send a text to us, and your care team will guide you every step of the way.

We support a very large range of Android and iOS devices. If our app does not work on your device, please get in touch with us at hello@even.in.

You will have 24x7 access to a doctor, so you never have to worry about that. If you want to talk to a specific doctor and if for any reason, they are not available immediately, we will either set up a call when they are available next or transfer your call to an Even doctor available at that moment. In any case, you will always be able to speak to a doctor. 🙂

As per Telemedicine guidelines governed by the Ministry of Health and Family welfare(MoHFW), every interaction between the patient and the Doctor has to be recorded and preserved, and should be retrievable as needed by both patient/Doctor.

Medical Council of India (MCI) mandates that medical records be maintained for at least 3 years and produced upon your (patient) request.

It is stored in India by our cloud platform provider (Google cloud), which applies the strictest cybersecurity and cryptographical standards. According to Indian law we are required to store medical records for a minimum of 3 years. Only selected members of the Even team (in-house healthcare providers and care managers) can access your data.

We will not share your data with any unauthorized third party. The only entities which may receive partial access to your data are the group insurance provider (an IRDAI-licensed general insurance company) and the treating healthcare providers (as well as any government institution which may lawfully require us to grant access to the data).

You can access your data through the Even app and we will always be transparent about your medical records with us.
