My first experience with Even care. Had a fall, called Even's emergency team. In 5 minutes, connected with a Physician. He prescribed an X ray. The team enabled scanner for payments. Got the X ray done and the Even team enabled scanner for an offline OPD visit with a Orthopaedic. The entire process was seamless. I enrolled for Even 3 months back. My experience with Even has been really smooth and comfortable until now. The sign-up process was easy where Subhajit guided me thoroughly. He answered all my queries patiently. Onboarding process was good too, where the team arranged tests to build the health profiles. I bought Even 3 months back, but last week was the first time I used it. I booked a consultation for constant back pain. The process was as easy as they advertise. Everything was done through the app and I didn’t have to run around much. They were happy to arrange my tests at work, which was very unusually convenient for me since I live Bangalore. What is Even?
Even is a healthcare provider that offers 24/7, unlimited consultations with in-house clinical and wellness team to offer episodic care, lifestyle care and managed care to keep members healthy and out of hospitals. Members can access these services online (pan-India) or by visiting Even Clinics in Bengaluru.
Members can also add optional OP group insurance (for external consultations and tests/scans) and IP group insurance (DayCare, 24-hour hospitalisation, emergencies) on top of their Even Care plan. These services are offered through Even's insurance partner, Magma HDI.
Is Even classified as insurance?
Even Healthcare Private Limites is not registered with the IRDAI, however Euston Insurance Advisors Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Even Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., is an IRDAI-registered Corporate Agent licensed to sell general (including health) and life insurance policies to prospective clients.
Even is a registered clinical establishment that employs globally vetted clinical protocols to keep members healthy and out of hospitals.
Our team of experienced doctors understands members' unique health profiles and helps them detect chronic lifestyle diseases to prevent and/or manage long-term consequences. This way, we ensure our members live an active and illness-free life and avoid hospital visits when things have taken a turn for the worse.
